In accordance with the statutory provisions of the Kensington Improvement Act 1851 The Annual General Meeting of Bina Gardens West Garden Committee (open to all Council Tax payers of at least one year of residence on the garden) will be held on:

1. Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday the 15th of January 2025.
2. The Treasurer’s report and agreement of the precept for 2026/2027.
3. Any other business.
